Depends on what kind of sick. Usually, no, especially since I have a kid now, I need to conserve all the energy I can just to function and make it through the day. If I feel like I'm on the mend then sometimes I work out, that either speeds up the healing process or makes me sick all over again, so every time I get sick it changes on whether or not I work out.
I should have clarified my FB post. Depending on the sickness and the severity, yes I do. Of course I'm not hitting the gym with a barf-bag. But a cold? You bet. I'm not pushing myself to my max, but I'm staying on top of my fitness.

ReplyDeleteWhich is minimal. :P
Depends on the kind of sick. Honestly I really hate exercising when my Aunt comes to visit, I really dread that time.
