I wanted to ask my readers (the few of you) --
What's your favorite routine at the gym when you only have a short amount of time?
Because I live on Dominica, I focus on weight-lifting because that's something that I can't get outside the gym. If I'm short on time I focus and my arms and abs, then I'll just run with the stroller, or go for a really long walk later.
